Ordering From Us
How do I place an online order?
Before placing an order, take some time to browse or search for the item you need. Use our menus or the search option in the top left to locate your desired products.
To learn more about a specific item, click on it to view the details. You can find the item description and specifications in the drop down menus. You can adjust the quantity by clicking the number in the quantity box, which defaults to 1. When you click "Add to Cart," 1 will be added. From there, you can either continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.
How do I checkout?
At checkout, you have the option to proceed as a guest or create an account.
We recommend signing up, as it simplifies future checkouts by saving your billing and shipping addresses. It also enables you to gain points for our loyalty scheme (click here to find out more).
You can also checkout via ShopPay, which will use your ShopPay account information to place and pay for your order.
Rest assured, we never store your credit card information, and Mrs Reed's Emporium & Atelier ensures a secure shopping experience, so you can buy with confidence.
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Additionally, you can make payments using ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
We are also exploring the option of using Klarna in the future. Please keep an eye on our social media and News blog for any upcoming announcements.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders using cheques or postal orders.
Can you deliver to an address that is different to my billing address?
Yes, at checkout you will be able to use a separate delivery address to your billing details.
How do I know if my order has gone through?
Once you place your order with us, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been successfully received. Please take a moment to check that your delivery address is correct.
If your device glitches or freezes during the payment of an order, please get in touch with us and we will let you know if it has been received. Alternatively, you can check with your bank to see if a payment has been made.
If you notice any errors, just send us an email via customercare@mrsreedsemporium.com or you can use our contact form here. We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, but sometimes this can take up to 72 hours during holidays and busy periods.
Can I add another item to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, due to our logistics process, it is difficult for us to add items to an order once it has been placed. However, if you send us an email via customercare@mrsreedsemporium.com or you can use our contact form here, we will do our best to help.
Can I change my address once I have placed my order?
While this isn't typically possible once an order has been processed by our system, please reach out to us via our customer care email customercare@mrsreedsemporium.com or you can use our contact form here. If we haven't started processing your order, we may be able to assist you.
Please double check your address and other important information before placing your order.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible from the warehouse where we hold our stock. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day where possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed, we might be able to cancel it before it's dispatched. Please reach out to us via our customer care email customercare@mrsreedsemporium.com or you can use our contact form here.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns procedure, and we'll process your refund as soon as we receive the items back.
