- Last Orders Guaranteed Before Christmas Have Now Ended -

We can no longer guarantee orders to arrive before Christmas and are now in our Holiday Shipping Timescale. 

Please allow 5-7 Business Days for orders to arrive within the UK.

Please allow 15-20 Business Days for orders to arrive Internationally.

These business days exclude:

Tuesday 24th December
Wednesday 25th December
Thursday 26th December
Tuesday 31st December
Wednesday 1st January

We will be running on this timescale from Friday 20th December until Friday 3rd January, when we will revert back to our usual schedule.

Whilst we endeavour to get your parcels to you on time, occasionally things happen that are beyond our control.

What is the cost of delivery?

The cost of delivery varies depending on where you are in the world and the weight of your parcel.

Your delivery will be free if your order total is £30 or over after discounts have been applied and you are posting to a UK Mainland.

Which postal services do you use?

We use Evri for parcels delivered to the UK mainland, and we use Royal Mail for all other deliveries. 

We use tracked services for both Evri & Royal Mail to ensure that your parcel arrives at the correct destination.

This is subject to change, depending on business growth, but we will always try to use the most secure and most efficient service where possible.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries around the world except European Union and Northern Ireland. This is calculated based on the Royal Mail International Rates. 

 

Why don't you deliver to Europe and Northern Ireland?

Unfortunately, due to the new EU GSPR regulations that came into force on 13th December 2024, we are no longer able to ship to Europe or Northern Ireland.

We are hoping that this service will resume in due course.

When will my order be dispatched?

For orders placed after 12pm or on a weekend, all items will be processed on the next working day. Please note that we will dispatch your orders after payment has been made.

 

When will I receive my order?

Mainland UK orders aim to take 48 hours from dispatch from our warehouse.

Shipping to the rest of the world aims to take 10-15 working days.

 

Why has my order been split into two different deliveries?

We hold our stock with two suppliers who make and sell their stock within the UK, and they handle the packing and shipping process for us.

One benefit of holding our stock this way is that it reduces our carbon footprint. This is because it reduces transit emmissions and packing materials by not shipping to us before it gets to you.

Will I pay more for shipping if my delivery is split?

No. The shipping is based on weight, but you will only be charged for one shipping fee.

Shipping will still be free if you spend over £30 and are having your parcel delivered within Mainland UK.

 

Can you send my parcel to a PO Box or Packing Station?

We only use Tracked & Signed services for the security that they bring, therefore, parcels cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations because a signature cannot be captured.

 

Can I purchase your essential oils if I am not on the UK mainland?

Unfortunately, due to safety regulations, some products, such as essential oils, reed diffusers or perfumes cannot be shipped internationally.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

If your order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via customercare@mrsreedsemporium.com or you can use our contact form here and we'll do our best to help to let us know and we will investigate the issue for you.

We do hold our stock between two different warehouses in mainland UK, one in Staffordshire and one in Wales, so it is possible that your order has been split and items may arrive seperately. More information about this is on our item pages under the delivery tab.
